Bhumjaithai survives! Constitutional Court

The Constitutional Court did not accept Nattaporn's request to order the Election Commission and Bhumjaithai Party MPs to stop performing their duties in collusion in the selection of senators. The Constitutional Court unanimously ruled not to accept the petition for consideration in the case in which Mr. Nattaporn Toprayoon filed a petition for the Constitutional Court to rule according to Article 49 of the Constitution, alleging that the Election Commission (EC) สล็อต
